What can you ask for from Access To Work with ADHD

Access to Work provides grants to cover the cost of practical support you need in your job. This funding is entirely free, it won’t cost you a penny and doesn’t need to be paid back. It’s designed to help remove workplace barriers, giving you the support you need to thrive at work.

This document lists the type of things you can ask for like apps, physical equipment software, subscriptions and more. Discover what Access To Work can provide for people with ADHD with instant access to lists and examples.

There is no one-size-fits-all solution here, but rather a jumping-off point that encourages individual exploration and authenticity. Allow it to ignite what might be possible and enhance your confidence in what resonates with you, and what you find useful.

Who are we?

As a certified and experienced ADHD coach (ACCG, PCC), I specialise in supporting individuals navigating the complexities of professional environments, whether employed or self-employed. My practice is grounded in understanding the unique challenges ADHD can present in the workplace and providing tailored strategies to unlock potential and foster success.

Over the years, I have also developed a strong focus on workplace inclusion and diversity, particularly in the realm of neuroinclusion. My role as a DEI practitioner involves advising organisations on how to create supportive and inclusive environments for neurodivergent individuals. I collaborate with leadership teams to design and implement policies that recognise and celebrate neurodiversity, benefiting both employees and organisations.

Whether helping clients discover tools to manage their ADHD challenges or partnering with organisations to harness the power of diverse perspectives, my work is driven by a belief in the inherent value and strength of difference.
